I am a very proud and blessed mother of three amazing daughters Madeline 12, Sydney 11, and Anna Laura 9. All are athletes in physically demanding and competitve sports- gymnastics,swimming, and running.

My daughter, Madeline is a year around competitive swimmer. She started cross country just a couple of months ago and has had tremendous success.

In January 2007 I was miserable. I had reached 225 lbs, was a size 22/24 and just turned 49. I was always tired, had very little energy, didn’t like who I had become and didn’t want to be this person any longer.
