First of all I want to thank the Lord for the health and fitness He has allowed me to achieve. Next I want to thank Him for bringing AdvoCare into my life. I praise the Lord for what He is doing in my life and I'm excited about sharing it with you. I’ve been lifting since 9th grade in High School. I’ve been a personal strength and conditioning coach since 1990. I began competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting in 1980, earning eight titles up until 1990, Including the 1982 Mr. Pensacola, 1983 Mr. Gulf Coast, 1986 Florida State Powerlifting (Novice Class) Championships I engaged in some unhealthy risks in those years. After placing 3rd in the heavyweight class of the 1990 Mr. Florida, I gave up my unhealthy habits and began to make better choices. In February 2006, one of those choices included using AdvoCare world class nutritional products.

I had tried many different supplements in the past, since training naturally, hoping to find a product that would improve my performance. For the most part the results were unsatisfactory. I was introduced to AdvoCare at a mixer in February of 2006, just after I had turned 48. I was highly impressed with the pro athletes using AdvoCare products, knowing they could afford any product out there and they had chosen AdvoCare. I decided to place an Advisor order so my son Nick - who has dreams of playing college football - and I could have the best products available for maximum performance. I met one of AdvoCare’s esteemed members of the Scientific and Medical Advisor Board, Dr. William Kraemer and he challenged me to switch to AdvoCare’s Muscle Gain protein. It is a very high quality, predigested protein. When it gets in your stomach, it is easily absorbed and transported out to the muscles. Your body actually uses what it consumes without stomach irritation or waste. He stated I would get better results with less protein grams than with the other brands I had used. Although very skeptical, I took the challenge and switched to Muscle Gain protein and dropped my protein intake from 50 grams down to 25 grams.

Ø       At 14 years of age, 5'8", 205 pounds, in 3 weeks his strength increased from 220 to 250 pounds in the bench press.
Ø       At 16 on 5/12/08, 5’10.5”, 265 lbs he benched 345 lbs.
Ø       Shoulder injury in spring practice May 08. Only light lifting up until 8/22/08. Suspended all training to allow shoulder to heal.
Ø       Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome in both feet. Left foot surgery 9/19/08. Right foot surgery 10/31/08. No lifting from 8/22 – 11/30/08.
Ø       Begin training 12/1/08

Darrell
Ø       At 48 and 224 lbs. 6 weeks use of AdvoCare products. I went from a 280 lb x 12 rep bench to 300 X 11.
Ø       At 49 years of age I got 225 X 25 on the bench.
Ø       I turned 50 2/17/08 and on 3/10/08 at 5’8.5” 224 lbs I got 225 X 27 reps & again on 8/21/08 at 216 lbs 225 X 27
Ø       On 11/6/08 at 218 lbs I got 225 X 28 reps.

 To put this in perspective; top performers in the bench press at the 2008 NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, linebacker Stanford Keglar from Purdue at 6'2" 246 lbs got 225 x 29 and Johnathan Goff from Vanderbilt at 6'2" 238 lbs got 225 x 28. Those guys are half my age.

Mother and Daughter, Anne Marie and Madeline Held (age 12):  I am a very proud and blessed mother of three amazing daughters Madeline 12, Sydney 11, and Anna Laura 9.  All are athletes in physically demanding and competitve sports- gymnastics, swimming, and running.

My daughter, Madeline is a year around competitive swimmer. She started cross country just a couple of months ago and has had tremendous success.  After her first race she made a change from a few other well known fluid replacement drinks to drinking Advocare's Rehydrate throughout her entire day.  She also began drinking a Spark an hour prior to competition.  Soon after, her coach asked her to run in a high school 5k to see how she  could handle the distance and competition against older runners.  Madeline, as a 7th grader, won the entire event.  She knows she is fueling her body so it will work more efficiently.  She now carries a canister of Rehydrate and Spark in her swim and cross country bag!
